Stephen Gilligan, PhD (U.S.)

Stephen Gilligan, Ph.D., is a Psychologist practicing in Encinitas, CA. Stephen was one of the original NLP students in Santa Cruz from 1974-1977, during which time he also started extensive studying with his mentors Milton Erickson and Gregory Bateson. After receiving his doctorate in Psychology from Stanford, Stephen became known as one of the premier teachers and practitioners of Ericksonian hypnotherapy. In 2004, he was given the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award by the Erickson Foundation. His books include Therapeutic trances: The cooperation principle in Ericksonian psychotherapy, a classic in the field; The legacy of Erickson; The courage to love: Principles and practices of self-relations psychotherapy, and Walking in two worlds: The relational self in theory, practice, and community His new book, "Generative Trance", will be out in 2008. His work is especially known for its emphasis on reconnecting mindbody processes, emphasizing embodied relationality, and encouraging and supporting radical change

Robert Dilts (U.S.)

Robert Dilts (born 1955) has been a developer, author, trainer and consultant in the field of Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) since its creation in 1975 by John Grinder and Richard Bandler.
Dilts has made many personal contributions to the field of NLP including the authorship of the Encyclopedia of Systemic NLP. He is best known for his work on beliefs and strategies. He is also known for introducing many ideas of spirituality into NLP.
Dilts is the author of numerous books including Sleight of mouth on a set of language patterns for shifting beliefs, Changing Belief Systems with NLP, Beliefs: Pathways to Health and Well-Being with Tim Halibom and Suzi Smith and many others. He is also the primary author of NLP, Volume 1 with Richard Bandler, John Grinder and Judith Delozier.

Insa Sparrer (Germany)

Insa Sparrer has been working as a freelance psychotherapist since 1989. In 1994 she founded the "SySt - Institut für systemische Ausbildung" (Academy for Systemic Training) together with Matthias Varga von Kibéd. At the heart of her work is the combination of contrary therapeutic techniques in theory and practice, such as systemic-phenomenological approaches. She also developed the solution-oriented "Systemic Structure Constellations".

Prof. Dr. Matthias Varga von Kibéd (Germany)

Matthias Varga von Kibéd has been teaching philosophy, logics, philosophy of science and systemic basic set theory at the universities of Munich, Wien, Graz, Konstanz, Goettingen, Tuebingen, Ljubliana, Maribor and many more. His teaching of systemic counselling and therapy is in great demand europewide and he has been teaching it in several consulting training and psychotherapeutic institutes. Arline Davis (U.S.)

Arline is NLP Master trainer, consultant and coach. She has been living and working in Brazil for 17 years. Her interest in systemic thinking and acting developed during her studies in Biology. She has been trained in NLP by Robert Dilts, Judy Delozier, Richard Bandler, Tim Hallbom, Suzi Smith, Stephen Gilligan and other trainers. Arline is an internationally certified coach. She has been directing the "Nucleus for Thought and Action" in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, for ten years and is currently president of the R.E.D.E. - Network for Education, Gift and Expression. Lucas Derks (Netherlands)

Since 1992 the social psychologist and NLP Trainer has been working on the question: "How do people think about people?": His Social Panorama Model is being taught in various countries on the Master and the Practitioner level. The model combines almost everything that NLP does in the relationship work. Lucas Derks has worked as an NLP trainer in the Netherlands since 1984 and is the author of many books and articles on NLP.

Bernd Isert (Germany)

Bernd Isert graduated in technical and biomedical cybernetics. He has been an NLP trainer since and is Certified Health Provider (kinesiology), alternative practitioner in psychotherapy as well as training coach (ECA and DVNLP). He is the director of METAFORUM international - Academy for Integrative Communication in Berlin, co-founder of NLP-IN and ICI as well as honorary member of the DVNLP. Thies Stahl (Germany)

Thies Stahl has an M.A. in psychology and is trained in conversational psycho-, shape-, family- and hypnotherapy, in NLP and systemic structure constellations (SySt). He is a member in the founding boards of DVNLP and the DG-NLPt and honorary member of the DVNLP. In 1980 he translated the first NLP book by the NLP founders Bandler and Grinder and he wrote several articles and books on NLP. He offers trainings in NLP, coaching, mediation and basic as well as advanced courses in systemic structural constellation work.

Anhard von Lachner studied electrical engineering, specializing in aviation electronics. Since 1984 he has been working with the development of consciousness and personality. Tom Andreas studied philosophy, German language and literature, ethnology and sociology. Martina Schmidt-Tanger (Germany)

Martina Schmidt-Tanger has an M.A. in psychology and is a DVNLP trainer, management consultant and coach. Trainings in group dynamics, relaxation through self-hypnosis, systemic family therapy and other methods of humanistic psychology. Gabi Klim (Austria)

Gabi Klim works as a freelance trainer and coach for commercial enterprises and organizations of different size and structure, often also for individual clients.

Michael Moeller Rumpf (Austria, Denmark)

Michael R. Moeller Rumpf works as a multilingual freelance consultant, systemic NLP/Trinergy and ICF coach and trainer. He is developing a “community” for comprehensive information and help in situations of acute and systemic stress, which wants to contribute to improving the psychosocial working atmosphere in Germany.
He graduated in theoretical physics, studying in Vienna and Berkeley and specializing in irreversible thermodynamics and chaos. Lic.Tech studies (PhD) in Copenhagen in “System Methods and Modelling of Non-Linear Dynamic Systems”. He worked in the industry on complex major projects, e.g. as a consultant and moderator for the Big 2 engineering consulting companies in Denmark, as a supervising management consultant for one of the Big 5 accounting companies as well as a specialist for various smaller and bigger software companies.
Since 1990 he has become increasingly interested in team coaching, the ability to cooperate as well as confidence building in flat and learning organisations and the therapeutic and social psychological context of the limits of human and psychic resilience in the "unlimited" workplace of post industrial society. He is an advocate of the therapeutic profession of "economic psychotherapist".

Elmar Hatzelmann, PhD (Germany)

Since 1990 Elmar Hatzelmann has been working as a freelance trainer in the industry, specializing in communication, time competence and negotiation. He runs his own coaching practice in Munich.
Degrees in education/psychology (M.A.) and economics (Dipl.oec.).
After receiving his PhD he was a member of the Academic University Council for three years.
He started his NLP training in 1987. Since 1995 he has been a DVNLP trainer and Feldenkrais educator.
