	Sabine Klenke, Germany NLP trainer, DVNLP training coach, supervisor, consultant and leadership trainer. Methodological background: NLP, shape therapy, supervision, solution-oriented short-term therapy, systemic process management, systemic constellation work. With a B.A. in Banking Studies and long working experience as a director in the management of a German bank, Sabine very practically combines her experience from economics with contemporary solution-oriented systemic methods in training and coaching. Together with Bernd Isert, Sabine will teach in the "Systemic Constellation Work" program and will guide you in "Systemic Coaching". 	Tom Best, USA Tom Besthas 20 years of training experience in the field of NLP. His style is unique and entertaining. He was a member of the former "National Association of NLP", has been studying with the main developers of NLP since 1981 and was listed in "Whos Who in America" in 2002 and 2003. Toms background includes cultural anthropology and he is currently modelling effective healers from indigenous cultures and teaching those patterns to others. He is also the founder and principal of Blue Heron Productions, an NLP training organization in Arizona. Tom will be training in the NLP Trainer training. 	Anhard von Lachner, Germany Anhard von Lachner studied electrical engineering, specializing in aviation electronics. Since 1984 he has been working with the development of consciousness and personality. Emotions and beliefs are central in his work with self-awareness groups and in individual therapy. Since 1991 he has been working as NLP psychotherapist, specializing in timelime therapy / re-imprinting. From 1991 to 2000 he worked as an instructor and head of the “Heilpraktiker-Praxisschule Hannover” (Alternative Practitioner School in Hannover) and was a member of the advisory committee for alternative practitioner exams in the German Federal State of Lower Saxony. 	Arline Davis, USA Arline is NLP Master trainer, consultant and coach. She has been living and working in Brazil for 17 years. Her interest in systemic thinking and acting developed during her studies in Biology. She has been trained in NLP by Robert Dilts, Judy Delozier, Richard Bandler, Tim Hallbom, Suzi Smith, Stephen Gilligan and other trainers. Arline is an internationally certified coach. She has been directing the "Nucleus for Thought and Action" in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, for ten years and is currently president of the R.E.D.E. - Network for Education, Gift and Expression. 	Jairo Mancilha, Brazil M.D. Ph.D., cardiologist, NLP Master trainer, coach, therapist, researcher for the National Council of Brazil with over ten years of studying the Yanamamo people of the Amazon, author: "You and Your Heart" ("Voc e seu corao"), "The Way to a Long Life" ("O caminho da longevidade"). Director of the Institute for Applied NLP (INAP) and the Milton Erickson Institute in Rio de Janeiro. He says about himself: "I am a simple, enthusiastic and objective person." Jairo will direct the training in "Ericksonian Hypnotherapy". He will also be a trainer in the "Integrative Coaching" sessions.
